Maximum purchase prices (property price caps) are applicable for eligible properties purchased under the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme, New Home Guarantee or Family Home Guarantee. These price caps vary according to which financial year is applicable to your scheme place, and where your property is located (in a capital city, large regional centre or regional area).

NHFIC is updating our postcode search tool for the 1 July 2021 release of scheme places. The current tool applies to the 2020-2021 financial year only. Postcodes are assigned to a region, capital city or regional centre as defined by the Australian Statistical Geography Standard published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
