We have a rare and newly created opportunity for a Manager, Portfolio Management to manage a portfolio of loans that predominantly finance Community Housing Providers (CHPs).
On a day to day basis, the Manager, Portfolio Management will take full accountability for all aspects of client portfolios, including loan and facility administration, risk management and compliance, together with client relationship management.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Portfolio Management, the key responsibilities of role include:
To be successful in the role, you will come from a finance background with at least 3 years experience in property, corporate credit, audit, international finance or credit operations. You have a keen interest in property lending and bring a highly collaborative and engaging customer focused style to the team.
